This type of coffee uses an ‘intercropping’ system along with other types of plants. That’s why the coffee seeds are soaked in the taste of fruits like oranges. Apart from having a ‘fruit’ flavor, Bali Kintamani coffee has a gentle and not heavy taste. The uniqueness is obtained from its unique geographical location as well.
